For the next few weeks I will be writing articles for many different diets that I will find myself. Here is the first installment, I talk about three days diet plan. The three day diet seems one of the most popular diets are short days. Offer quick weight loss of about 10 pounds within three days on a low-carb diet and a calorie intake of about 1000C per day. The diet promises quick weight loss, lower cholesterol, cleansing and increased energy, but there is no real evidence available, as these &#8220;facts. This is probably why the target of so many people, unfortunately, this weight loss by immediately reducing the calorie intake, some of which are fat and most of it is water loss. For this reason, I am sorry to say that most people that weight put back soon! The diet is very strict, what you eat and drink, and you should meticulously observed, and the parties must be respected in order to obtain results.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span id="more-916"></span>The combination of the foods they choose, of course, a metabolic reaction that increases fat burning, but there is no documentation to support it! With such a low-calorie and nutrient intake will make you hungry all the time, to maintain this difficult diet. In addition, you will be tired and depressed feeling. The greatest risk of this diet is that they make the diet three days then eats normally, while cutting out junk food, then back on the diet for three days and so on. This is a side effect causes as &#8220;Y0-y0&#8243; weight loss means that you constantly up and down in weight and can affect your metabolism. This makes it difficult final term to lose weight and keep it off. Oh, and something that we expect that bad wind have LOT during this diet you on your desk to keep open the window! So there you have it. My opinion is that I seriously do not recommend this diet created because of the impact. This is a quick solution to weight loss, not a healthy solution for the loss of weight and even worse, it is a long-term option.</p>

For instance, a woman between the ages of 31 and 50 who is of normal weight and moderately active should eat about 2,000 calories each day.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">To help you stay fuller longer, you should be eating moderate carbohydrate and high-protein meals. For example baked chicken should be eaten along with mixed vegetables, drizzle of olive oil, half cup of lentils, and enough with glass of  water.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span id="more-175"></span>There are some specific recommendations among the acceptable foods on the plan, such as choosing white meat poultry over dark and avoiding grapes because of their high ranking on the GI. So it is important that you read the eating guidelines carefully before you begin planning your meals.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Diet would not be considered a fad diet because it provides healthful eating guidelines, recommends a variety of foods without excluding any food groups, and is adaptable to your own preferences. Additionally, it recommends regular exercise.</p>
